Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full execution of this agreement and receipt of final payment, Ciska Studio grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the finalized deliverables for their intended commercial and personal purposes. Preliminary works, native working files, and unused concepts remain the exclusive property of Ciska Studio.

Intellectual Property: The legal rights protecting the studio's original creative works, including but not limited to design files, source code, brand assets, and strategic documentation.

Client & User Conduct

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and consolidated revisions within the agreed project timelines. Delays exceeding 14 business days without prior written notice may result in project suspension or additional reactivation fees to accommodate adjusted studio schedules.

User Conduct: The expected standard of interaction, communication, and procedural adherence required by the client to ensure uninterrupted and efficient studio services.

Limitation of Liability

Ciska Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered assets. Our total liability under any circumstances shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Liability: The maximum financial and legal responsibility assumed by Ciska Studio in the event of unforeseen disputes, errors, or operational delays.
